I specialize in providing support for the following:

Anxiety:

Anxiety affects many people and can feel overwhelming. It often shows up as intense worry or fear about everyday situations, racing thoughts, or physical symptoms like a fast heartbeat, sweaty hands, or feeling on edge. Together, we can explore ways to calm your mind and body and find balance.

Racial Identity/Oppression

The challenges of racial identity, oppression, and racial trauma can have deep emotional and mental effects. Racial trauma comes from experiences of bias, discrimination, or hate. I provide a safe space to process these experiences, honor your journey, and build understanding and resilience.

Stress

Stress can manifest in many ways, including overwhelm, irritability, exhaustion, physical discomfort, or difficulty concentrating. Left unchecked, it can lead to anxiety, depression, or burnout. I can help you identify your stressors and develop practical strategies to feel more grounded and in control.

Depression:

Depression can feel like a dark cloud that impacts your mood, energy, and daily life. It may show up as persistent sadness, low motivation, irritability, or isolation. Together, we can explore your experiences and develop ways to reconnect with your life and your strengths.

Parenting:

Parenting is rewarding but can also feel overwhelming and exhausting. Many parents struggle to balance their own lives, set expectations, and establish their own identity while raising a child. I can support you in navigating these challenges and building confidence as you guide your child toward independence.

Coping Skills:

Everyone copes differently, and what works can change depending on the situation. Let’s build your personal coping toolbox, filled with practical strategies to help you manage stress, emotions, and challenges with greater ease and confidence.

About Collective Insight

Collective Insight Therapy Services, LLC, was founded on my own personal experience. I was searching for spaces that felt safe, culturally aware, and genuinely supportive. I wanted a place full of warmth, transparency, and positive energy where people could truly feel seen. When I couldn’t find it, I decided to build it myself and share it with others.

Our practice offers mental health support for individuals seeking to feel safe being their authentic selves without judgment. Here, you can explore, heal, and grow in a space that honors your journey.
